Credit card payment via Paypal:
Select the "Pay Now" button below and on the paypal page in description enter invoice number and in "Item Price:" enter the amount you need to pay.
Note once you reach the second page of Paypal you can select to use either a paypal account or choose the option to pay via your credit card or debit card.
